b) Eligibility
Only users with a valid cfi.church domain email address are allowed to access any CFI Workspace applications.
License to Use the Service
Unless otherwise stated, CFI Workspace and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material in our applications. All rights are reserved. You may access the service for your own personal and organizational use, subject to the restrictions set in these Terms.
a) Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from:
- Republishing material from CFI Workspace without permission.
- Selling, renting, or sub-licensing content from CFI Workspace.
- Reproducing or duplicating material from CFI Workspace.
- Redistributing content unless it is expressly permitted.
User Accounts
If you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
a) Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that are illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
b) Data Retention
When a user account is deleted, the data associated with that account remains in the system for reference purposes.

Assemblies should not disclose or share their private data with other assemblies or any third-party entities.
b) Personal Access Responsibility
Users must not allow family members, friends, or third parties to access CFI Workspace applications using their credentials.
Limitation of Liability
CFI Workspace, its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising from your use of the service.

CFI Workspace is provided "as is," with all faults, and makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding its functionality or reliability.
